FINCANTIERI IS TOP EMPLOYER ITALY FOR THE FIFTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR

Fincantieri announces the achievement of the Top Employer Italy 2026 certification, a tribute to excellence in human resources management policies and strategies, and their implementation to promote people’s well-being, improve the working environment, and contribute to the advancement of the labor market. The certification, obtained by Fincantieri for the fifth consecutive year and awarded by the Top Employers Institute, is granted to companies that meet the rigorous standards of the HR Best Practices Survey.

The certification figures confirm Fincantieri’s continuous improvement, which, maintaining a year-on-year growth trend, has increased its score by 18.1 percentage points compared to the first year of certification (2022). This year, Fincantieri achieved results above the industry average in several areas, in particular: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (+13.1 pp), People Strategy (+10.4 pp), Employee Listening (+9.9 pp), Employer Branding (+9.1 pp), Leadership (+8.9 pp).

The results achieved attest to the effectiveness of a strategy that values talent, promotes diversity, and strengthens an inclusive corporate culture.
